ويصنع نوح السفينة، وكلَّما مر عليه جماعة من كبراء قومه سخروا منه، قال لهم نوح: إن تسخروا منا اليوم لجهلكم بصدق وعد الله، فإنا نسخر منكم غدًا عند الغرق كما تسخرون منا.

«ويصنع الفلك» حكاية حال ماضية «وكلما مرَّ عليه ملاٌ» جماعة «من قومه سخروا منه» استهزءوا به «قال إن تسخروا منا فإنا نسخر منكم كما تسخرون» إذا نجونا وغرقتم.
