لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ

إن هؤلاء المشركين حرب على الإيمان وأهله، فلا يقيمون وزنًا لقرابة المؤمن ولا لعهده، وشأنهم العدوان والظلم.
