التفسير الميسر

ذلك الخالق المدبِّر لشؤون العالمين، عالم بكل ما يغيب عن الأبصار، مما تُكِنُّه الصدور وتخفيه النفوس، وعالم بما شاهدته الأبصار، وهو القويُّ الظاهر الذي لا يغالَب، الرحيم بعباده المؤمنين.

تفسير الجلالين

«ذلك» الخالق المدبِّر «عالم الغيب والشهادة» أي ما غاب عن الخلق وما حضر «العزيز» المنيع في ملكه «الرحيم» بأهل طاعته.
